Yes, as a franchised General Motors dealer, we are authorized to offer the only authentic manufacturer-branded protection plan from General Motors and market them online.
Since we sell to a national market, instead of just to our local market, we are able to offer volume pricing to our customers.
Yes, we can provide a new vehicle policy for almost any vehicle that is still in its manufacturer’s warranty, regardless of where you purchased the vehicle.
No, a Chevrolet-Buick-GMC-Cadillac protection plan does not affect the original manufacturer’s warranty. It complements it.
As with any other product, service contracts are subject to inflationary price increases. By purchasing the genuine Chevrolet-Buick-GMC and Cadillac Protection Plan, you now can lock-in at today’s cost. Plus, you may be entitled to benefits in addition to the original manufacturer’s warranty, such as car rental, lodging and meal reimbursement for Protection Plan repairs required when you’re traveling. Your plan can even include emergency roadside service for a jump-start, gasoline delivery, tire change, and locksmith service.
The term covered by the Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac Protection Plan contract begins at the contract purchase date and expires at the end of the term selected, as indicated on the customer contract.
A new vehicle is defined as any vehicle that has any remaining manufacturer’s new-vehicle warranty. A used vehicle is any vehicle no longer covered by the manufacturer’s new-vehicle warranty.
Any vehicle from the current or ten previous model years with less than 120,000 miles at the time of sale are eligible for coverage under the used-vehicle Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac Protection Plans.
It provides your vehicle Protection Plan coverage if you intend to use your General Motors vehicle for activities such as job-site activities, delivery of goods, service or repair work, farming, ranching, route work, or snow removal. The Commercial-Use Surcharge is paid at the time of contract purchase.
Yes, it excludes vehicles that are being or will be used for the following commercial uses: taxi, rental fleet, mail carrier, oil field, police or security, ambulance, shuttle service, tow truck, auto transport, road construction, fire or rescue, waste removal, dump trucks, winch trucks, hazardous materials transportation, racing or competitive driving, or any military/federal/state/city/government use.
Yes.  Should you sell your covered vehicle to another individual, any remaining coverage under the New or Used or Protection Plans may be transferred to the new owner prior to the plan’s expiration date. You must complete a Transfer Request form within 15 days of the transfer of ownership and pay a $25 transfer fee.
